WEEK

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

      Objective: The objective of the Fashion|One Production Internship is to enable you with the skill sets and knowledge base required to produce broadcast quality television and media content.  Also the specific skills needed for production and independent delivery of Fashion One Content and original programming worldwide.

 

        Weeks 1 – 4 During Weeks 1 – 4, you will be mentored on how to shoot in the Studio, use lighting and multicamera setup as well as shooting plates.

 

Camera and lightning– Intern will assist as Camera Assistant, using multicamera & mentored in their operation & practical use. Studio and run and gun lighting set ups. Use and set up of specific lighting kit.

 

        Week 5 – 6 During Week 5-6 you will be mentored with audio and audio post.

 

Sound – Intern will assist Audio assistant, using multiple audio equipment, sound mixer and transceiver radio microphones, mentored in recording and monitoring sound.

 

       Week 7 – 10 During Week 7 – 10 you will be mentored to properly light, and then key out green screen footages including but not limited to:

 

Green screen – Intern will assist with lighting and shooting green screen, Chroma key vs. other methods, Chroma keying shot in preproduction, on set, and in postproduction, green screen and shallow depth of field.

 

       Week 11 -13

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During Week 11 – 13 you will be mentored in the use on production basics and on budgeting production and handling contracts.

 

Production– Intern will assist producer in pre-production & production basics. Coach and direct talents in their delivery to camera.

 

Budgeting and contracts: Intern will be taught effective ways to budget production and draft contracts in a professional manner.

 

This schedule may be subject to change, due to the nature of production. This curriculum is considered a guide of the topics to be covered during your 3-month internship.
